Step One: Take an inventory of how many tapes need archiving. Our hardware will automatically read all 7 and 9-track densities. DECtapes must be counted separately.	Step Two: Email us with your numbers and preferred timelines. We will prepare a quote and critical path for your approval.	Step Three: Once you agree to the quote, we will send you shipping instructions to reduce possible transit damage. We will provide any documentation needed at the border.	Step Four: We will notify you once your data has been received and give you an online password to check the status of your order.	Step Five: Your tape images are saved on media of your choice along with a report with details about your recovered information.	Step Six: We will ship the new media as per your request and handle your original tapes as per your instructions.
